摘要
对X70钢级厚板卷热连轧工艺进行了研究,结果表明:冷却速度、精轧压下量、轧制力的增加以及卷取温度的降低,均有利针状铁素体的形成和X70钢强韧性的提高,过高或过低的终轧温度均不利于针状铁素体的形成和钢的强韧性的提高。采取合理的热连轧工艺生产的X70钢,其组织以针状铁素体为主,强韧性优良,各项性能均满足“西气东输工程制管用热轧板卷技术条件”的要求。
Hot-rolling process of X70 thick coils was studied in this paper,and it was concluded that increasing the cooling rate,fine reduction and finish coiling temperature would be helpful to the forming of acicular ferrite and improving of steel strength and toughness,in reverse,extra high or low finish rolling temperature would be harmful to them.By taking reasonable hot-rolling process,the microstructure of X70 production was mainly acicular ferrite,and its strength and toughness were good enough to satisfy the requirement of 'Technical Agreement of Hot-rolling Coils for Pipe Manufacturing of West to East Gas Transporting Project'.
