摘要
通过对钢管热镀锌车间工业噪声源测量与分析,指出内吹管是主要环境噪声污染源.研究了内吹管气流噪声产生机理,提出了密封、降压、消声、隔声等综合性治理措施.噪声治理工程初步实施结果表明,内吹管噪声瞬时峰值降低了10~15dB(A),厂界噪声瞬时峰值降低了20dB(A)以上,收到了良好的工程效果.
This paper,through measuring and analyzing the noise sources in the hot-dip galvanization workshop of a steel tube plant,indicated that the operation of inner blowing tube is the major environmental source of noise pollution,studied the mechanism of air current noise for blow pipe,put forward comprehensive administer steps with sealing cap,pressure reduction,noise elimination and noise insulation.The noise administer enforcement of first phase project showed as a result: the noise peak value of blowing tube to be reduced 10~15 dB(A),the noise peak value of factory boundary to be reduced 20 dB(A) more,and a good effect preliminarily to have been received.
