摘要
分析了静水压试验过程中钢管的受力情况,简要介绍了试验压力计算公式的推导过程。指出采用端面密封,如果试验应力超过管材最小屈服强度90%时,应考虑补偿工作油缸对管端的负荷,并且先要确定合理的水压试验机工作油缸压力,才能确定静水压试验压力。
It analyses stress sustained by pipe during hydrostatic test and briefly introduces calculation formula deduced process of test pressures.It points out that it shall consider compensate the load of pipe ends to working cylinder and first determines rational pressure of working cylinder with hydrostatic tester and determines pressure of hydrostatic tester by adopting ends seal when test pressure is greater than 90% of the minimum yield strength of pipe.
