Interlocking and Automatic Control of Coke Oven Machines for Stamp-charging Coke Oven

根据捣固焦炉的炼焦特点,开发了QMCSAS捣固炼焦生产机车自动化控制系统。系统采用了计算机技术、PLC技术和感应无线技术,实现了捣固炼焦过程中五大机车的安全联锁与自动控制。文中详述了自动控制系统的基本结构、控制过程和主要功能。

QMCSAS automatic control system for coke oven machines （charging car, pusher machine, coke guide car, coke quenching car and dust emission control car） for stamp-charging coke oven production is developed according to the coke- making features of stamp-charging coke oven. Computer technology, PLC technology and induction wireless technology are adopted for the system to realize the safety interlocking and automatic control for coke oven machines in the process of stampcharging cokemaking. The basic structure, control process and main functions of the automatic control system are described in detail in the paper.
