关于新疆森林资源监管工作的思考

On the Supervision of Forest Resources in Xinjiang

文章分析了新疆森林资源保护管理的形势，介绍了新疆森林资源保护管理的主要措施和取得的成效，新疆依法治林氛围逐步形成，森林资源逐步增长，林业体制改革取得成效。同时也指出目前新疆森林资源保护管理工作尚存在违法使用林地、个别地方以权压法、政府违章与法律冲突、毁林开荒等问题，提出相应整改建议。

The paper indicates the whole situation of forest resources conservation in Xinjiang, and points out its measures and achievements. Forest resources have been gradually managed with law. And then they are increasing. However, there are still several problems existing in the conservation of its forest resources, such as, making use of forestland illegally, suppressing law with power in several places, the conflict of law and breach of government, forest devastation, opening up wasteland, and so on. According to these, the paper brings forward some related countermeasures.
