紫外线减毒日本血吸虫尾蚴免疫小鼠的体液免疫和NK细胞活性的动态变化 被引量:3

摘要 本文分别用紫外线减毒日本血吸虫尾蚴300条免疫小鼠及正常尾蚴25条感染小鼠,对小鼠血清中的IgG抗体水平和脾脏NK细胞活性进行了动态观察。结果显示两组血清中针对SWAP和SEA的IgG抗体水平于4~12wk明显增高。提示体液免疫和NK细胞在宿主抗日本血吸虫的保护性免疫机制中起重要作用。 Mice were immunized with 300 ultraviolet(UV)-attenuated cercariae or infected with 25 normal cercariae of Schistosoma japonicum,of which the levels of IgG antibody in serum and natural killer(NK)cell activities of spleen were observed dynamically.The results showed in each of the two groups the levels of IgG antibody to soluble worm antigen(SWA) or soluble egg antigen(SEA)in the serum increased significantly in 4~12wk,and NK cell activities of the spleen increased significantly in 2~12wk.This suggested that humoral immunity and NK cell activity played an important role in the mechanism of host protective immunity to S. japonicum.
