摘要
利用常规染色及Morris水迷宫对间隔1小时、连续3次5分钟脑缺血再灌流模型大鼠进行了行为学测试,并对实验鼠之海马进行了病理组织学观察。结果显示,海马CA1出现广泛的迟发性神经元坏死;行为学测试中,模型鼠训练潜伏期明显延长,提示其空间学习过程减慢、获得能力下降;但在空间探索试验中,模型鼠仍能在原平台象限游显著长的距离,提示其记忆能力并未受到明显损伤。其行为学改变应归因于CA1锥体细胞的减少。
he effect of repeated transient cerebral ischemia and reperfusion which was induced by 4VO 5 min, repeated 3 times with 1h interval was studied in rats by cresyl violet stain and Morris water maze test.The pathological examination showed that a severe delayed neuronal death took place in hippocampal CAI sector.The behavioural test demonstrated that the model rats require more escape time than the normal rats in place navigation test,and it suggested that the ability of learning or acquir-ing was damaged.But in spatial probe test,the model rats can still swim a significant longer distance in platform quadrant,and this suggested that the function of memory was not obviously impaired.It is be- lieved that these changes are due to the loss of CA1 pyramidal cells in hippocampus.
