摘要 过去电网强调的是维系电压稳定的无功补偿,现在提升到注重关口实时送、受电力率的监管,这本身就是供电理念的进步。各级电力部门把握关口力率运行,对提高电能质量、降低网损具有重要意义。文章通过区域关口力率的定性分析,制定负荷高峰、低谷期不同时段力率的考核标准,分析力率运行带给电网的各种影响,或许对电业同行在电网的无功电压管理方面有所启示。 In the past, reactive-load compensation to maintain network voltage stabilization is very important, and now more attention is paid to the charge of reactive capability transmission and receiving on the nodal point. This can be seen as the progress in power-supply concept. Power factor on the nodal point operation is controlled by electric utilities, it is of great important to increasing electric energy quality and reducing network loss. In this article, on the basis of qualitative analysis of the nodal power factor, draw up the standard of the power factor in different time-intervals of load peak and valley, the various impact of power factor operation on network is analyzed, which may give some direction on the reactive capability or voltage management of network.
