摘要 双梯度钻井技术是国外近年来提出的一种深水钻井技术新概念,已开发了相关设备和工艺,并开始进入工业应用。建立理论公式和仿真模型,对双梯度钻井技术原理进行了研究。就工程应用意义而言,双梯度钻井技术原理的实质含义主要是泥浆密度的可调范围变大。提出了双梯度钻井效果因子,可供工程应用参考。 The dual-gradient drilling technology is a new conception proposed by foreign companies in recent years, for which the related drilling equipments and techniques have been developed and brought into industry application initially. This paper presents the research on the principles of the dual-gradient drilling technology by theory formula and simulation model. In view of the engineering application, the actual connotative meaning of the dual-gradient drilling technique is that the adjustable limit of the mud density is enlarged obviously. The effective factors of the dual-gradient drilling are put forward in this paper, which could be used in the engineering application.
