LF 13-2油田原油脱水脱盐工艺流程研究

摘要 为充分利用LF 13-1油田已有的海上工程设施,降低油田开发成本,需在该油田布设一套原油处理系统对邻近的LF 13-2油田原油进行处理。针对LF 13-2油田原油含盐量高而LF 13-1油田平台可利用空间有限的情况进行了原油处理工艺流程研究,并选定“高性能分离器+电脱水器”二级工艺流程方案。LF 13-2油田原油脱水脱盐工艺流程设计,可为原油处理工艺流程简化设计提供借鉴。 To make full use of the existing offshore facilities and reduce the development cost, it is required to install a crude oil processing system on the platform of LF 13-1 oilfield for processing the crude oil from adjacent LF 13-2 oilfield. The crude process flow study has been conducted according to the high salt content of oil from LF 13-2 oilfield and the limited space of platform in LF 13-1 oilfield, and a two stage process flow program, “high performance separator+electric dewaterer”, has been selected. The design of oil dewatering and desalting process flow for LF 13-2 oilfield can be used as reference for simplified design of crude process flow.
