摘要 目的:观察山蒟提取物对高脂喂养家兔动脉粥样硬化的影响,并初步探讨其作用机制。方法:将家兔随机分为高脂组和山蒟(高、低剂量)组,高脂食物饲养3wk后给予药物或生理盐水,12wk周后考察并测定其血脂、主动脉病变程度、冠状动脉病变情况、血清总超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)活性,并设对照组。结果:与高脂组比较,山蒟高剂量组血胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)和低密度脂蛋白(LDL)显著降低(P<0.05),高、低剂量组主动脉及冠状动脉病变程度显著降低(P<0.05),血清SOD活性升高,血清MDA活性降低(P<0.05)。结论:山蒟提取物能够明显降低兔动脉粥样硬化病理病变程度,具有良好的抗氧化能力,并且对血脂具有一定的调节作用。 OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of Pipers hancei extract on the atherosclerosis of rabbits fed with high lipid food and to discuss its mechanism of action. METHODS: The rabbits were divided into high lipid group, Pipers hancei groups (high, medium and low dose groups), which were fed with high lipid food for 3 weeks before administered with medicine or normal saline, 12 weeks later, the blood lipid, pathological changes of aortic plaque and lesion of coronary artery, serum superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and serum malondialdehyde (MDA) activity were determined, in which a control group was established. RESULTS: Compared with the high lipid group, the levels of serum total cholesterol (TC), triglycerides (TG) and low density lipoprotein (LDL) have been significantly decreased for the high dose Pipers hancei group(P 〈 0.05), degree of pathological changes of aortic plaque and lesion of coronary artery has been significantly lowed in both the high and low dose groups(P〈0.05), and serum SOD activity has been increased while serum MDA has been decreased(P〈0.05). CONCLUSION: Piper hancei extract can significantly reduce the degree of pathological changes of the atherosclerosis of rabbits and which has a good antioxidation and certain regulatory ability on serum lipid.
