摘要
以海带为原料,采用索氏提取器对海带脂肪酸进行提取研究,并应用GC-MS技术对海带脂肪酸成分进行分析.结果表明,选择石油醚为提取溶剂,在提取温度为70 ℃、提取时间为6 h、原料粒度为180~200目时,最有利于海带脂质的提取,经鉴定,此条件下可提取出9种脂肪酸成分,脂肪酸相对质量含量为89.45%,其中多不饱和脂肪酸占脂肪酸总量的23.13%.
Taken sea-tangle as material, a study was carried out on extracting the fatty acid in sea-tangle by Soxhlet extractor, and an analysis was conducted to the fatty acid's components of sea-tangle by the technique of GC-MS. It showed that when petroleum ether was selected as extracting solvent, with extracting temperature being 70℃, extracting time 6 h, and raw material granularity 180 to 200 mesh, the above conditions were the most helpful to the extraction of sea-tangle lipid. By identification, it was known that 9 kinds of fatty acid components could be extracted from sea-tangle under the condition, and the relative mass-content of fatty acid was 89.45 percent, among which the polyunsaturated fatty acids accounted for 23.13 percent of total fatty acid.
