超声乳化白内障摘除人工晶体植入术1560例临床观察

Clinical Observation on 1560 Cases of Patients Implanted Artificial Lens after the Extraction of Ultraemulsified Cataract

对1999年10月至2004年12月开展超声乳化白内障手术以来,年龄40岁以上的白内障患者1 560例1 620眼进行分析总结.结果显示:术后1周视力>0.3者1 474眼,占91%,>0.5者1 377眼,占85%,>1.0者243眼,占15%.并发症为后囊膜破裂者占1.91%,前囊膜撕裂者占1.1%,化脓性眼内炎2眼.超声乳化白内障手术效果显著.

1560 cases of patients （1620 eyes） suffering from cataract since October, 1999 to December, 2004, who were aged over 40 and to whom an extraction of cataract was conducted, were analyzed and summarized. The results showed that one week after operation, there were 1474 eyes whose visual sight 〉 0.3, accounting for 91%; 1377 eyes whose visual sight 〉 0.5, accounting for 85 %; 243 eyes whose visual sight 〉 1.0, accounting for 15%; meantime, only some patients suffered from concomitant symptom as follows： posterior cysto-membrance rupture （accounting for 1.91%）, anterior cysto-membrance rupture （accounting for 1.1%）, suppurative endophthalrnitis rupture （2 cases）. Thus it was concluded that the extraction of ultraemulsified cataract was a better way to treat the disease, with a significant effect.
