疏肝消痞汤治疗乳腺增生症218例

218 Cases of Hyperplasia of Mammary Glands Treated by the Soup of Dispersing the Stagnated Liver-qi and Resolving Mass

采用疏肝解郁,理气化痰,散结消痞之疏肝消痞汤,辨证治疗乳腺增生症218例,全部病例均以20 d为1疗程, 治疗1～2个疗程判断其疗效.结果表明:总有效率达91.3%.其中治愈176例,好转23例, 未愈19例.疏肝消痞汤治疗乳腺增生症疗效显著.

To cure the hyperplasia of mammary glands, 218 cases suffering from the disease were dialectically treated by a soup, which has the function of dispersing the stagnated liver-qi, regulating qi to resolve phlegm, dispersing stagnation and resolving mass. During the treatment, all the cases were taken 20 d as a course of treatment, and their curative effects were judged after 1 to 2 treatment courses. The results showed that the total efficiency could reach 91.3%, and among the 218 cases, 176 cases were cured, 23 turned for better, and 19 were uncured. So a conclusion was drawn that the hyperplasia of mammary glands could be treated by the soup with the function of dispersing the stagnated liver-qi and resolving mass, with a significant curative effect.
