桩西联合站能量平衡分析及节能措施

Analysis on Energy Equilibrium of Zhuangxi Oil Production Station and Energy Saving Measures

针对桩西联合站生产环节中的某些运行温度不合理、生产工艺不完善、能量利用率较低等现状,建立了能量平衡分析模型,给出了相应的评价指标和计算方法。根据计算结果,对该站在能耗方面存在的问题及节能潜力进行了分析,提出了相应的节能措施。

The energy equilibrium analysis model is established in allusion to the unreasonable operating temperature,imperfect oil production process and lower energy utilizing rate in Zhuangxi Oil Production Station,the relative evaluation index and calculation method are given as well. On the basis of calculation results of energy equilibrium,an analysis on energy consumption and energy saving potential is carried out and energy saving measures is presented.
