摘要
合成了PM BP缩苯丙氨酸乙酯、PM BP缩色氨酸乙酯席夫碱以及它们的Cu(Ⅱ),Co(Ⅱ),N i(Ⅱ),C r(Ⅲ),Fe(Ⅱ)金属配合物,对合成的化合物进行了元素分析、红外、紫外光谱表征;测定了席夫碱及配合物对大肠杆菌和金色葡萄糖球菌的抑菌活性,生物活性试验表明,这几种化合物对2种细菌均有一定的抑制作用.
2 kinds of Schiff bases derived from PMBP with DL-phenylane ethyl ester, DL-tripine ethyl ester and their Cu(Ⅱ), Co(Ⅱ), Ni(Ⅱ), Fe(Ⅱ), Cr (Ⅲ) metal complexes were synthesized and characterized by element analysis, IR and UV. The bacteriostats activity test of Schiff bases and the complexes at different concentrations against E. Cocli and S. Aures were performed using disc diffusion method. The results indicate that almost all compounds had the activity of inhibiting the growth of the two bacteria.
