铬(Ⅵ)对鲤血清电解质水平的影响及其在鱼体中的蓄积 被引量:4

摘要 采用Horm氏水体染毒法,以C r(Ⅵ)浓度(m g/L)0,21.5,46.4,100染毒6月龄鲤2周,测定血液指标,结果表明:C r(Ⅵ)引起染毒鲤的血清渗透压下降,血清N a+,K+,Ca2+浓度升高和C l-浓度降低.此外,血糖浓度有升高趋势,谷丙转氨酶(SGPT)活性仅高浓度组高于对照鱼.铬蓄积量大小依次为肠>鳃>肝>肌肉,随着浓度增高,鱼体铬蓄积量亦增加. The blood indexes of common carps (6 months old) treated by Cr (Ⅵ) salts with concentrations of 0, 21.5, 46.4, 100 mg/L for two weeks with Horm method indicated that common carp's serum osmolality, Cl^- content in its serum decreased; the contents of Na^+, K^+, Ca^2+ increased; the blood glucose concentration increased slightly, the SGOT activity of thick group was higher than the control fish. The cumulative order of chromium content in different organs of Cr (Ⅵ)-treated fish was intestine〉gill〉liver〉muscle, and their chromium cumulation increased with Cr (Ⅵ) concentration increasing. Common carp (6 months old) were exposed to Cr (Ⅵ) water body with different concentration of range from 0, 21.5, 46.4 and 100 mg/L, respectively, according to the method of Horm. The blood indexes was shown that Cr (Ⅵ) affected serum osmolality and serum electrolyte.
