消栓灵治疗脑梗塞260例临床观察

Clinical Observations of Therapy for Cerebral Infarction in 260 casesWith Xiao Shuan ling

本文应用消栓灵治疗脑梗塞２６０例，与同时应用维脑路通治疗脑梗塞２５０例比较，结果显示；治疗组总有效率为８６％，对照组为７６％，两组疗效比较，治疗组明显优于对照组（Ｐ＜０．００５），治疗组治疗后血液流变学参数与治疗前比较除红细胞压积下降Ｐ＜０．０５外，余均为Ｐ＜０．０ｌ。说明消栓灵是治疗脑梗塞比较理想的药物。

A case-control study is conducted for observations of the therapeutic effect of Xiao Shuan Ling for cerebral infarction, 260 patients treated with Xiao Shanlin as a case group 250 patients with Wei Nao Lu tong as a control group.Results showed that the total effective rate is 86% and 76% individually in the case and control goup (P< 0.005). Furthermore, the haematorrheological data comparision between pre-therapy and post-hterapy indicates that there is a marked decrease in all (P<0.01) but hemato crit (P<0.05),It is Concluded that Xiao shuanling is an ideal drug for therapy of cerebral infarction.
