钻颅置套式双腔管持续冲洗引流治疗心源性脑脓肿

Treatment of Cardiogenic Brain Abscess: Consistet Douche Drenage With Two-Way Catheter Following Drill Skull

本文报告２９例心源性脑脓肿的手术治疗，２９例中房间隔缺损８例，室间隔缺损６例，法乐氏四联症１５例。２９例心源性脑脓肿均采用钻颅置套式双腔管持续冲洗引流术，其中２７例治愈，例死亡，２死亡率占７％，死亡原因为炎症扩散及癫痫持续状态。

Twenty-nine patients with cardiogenic Brain abscess including 8 with aterial septal defect, 6 ventrical septal defect and 15 Fanots tetralogy were treated by surgical operation. We adopted a method of consistent douche and drainage with two-way catheter following drill skull. After peration twenty weven cases were sured, and two died, the mortality naccounting for 7%, for which inflammatory diffusion and status epileptius may be responsible.
