摘要
本工作观察了星状神经节阻滞治疗偏头痛的机理及临床治疗效果，选择５０例偏头痛患者，其中男２４例，女２６例，均经药物治疗效果不佳后应用此方法治疗。采用高位侧路穿刺法，５０例患者均取得了明显的效果。提示脑供血不足是引起偏头痛的重要原因，星状神经节阻滞可使脑血管扩张。起到治疗偏头痛的作用。
The Purpose of this study was to observe the clinical effects of star-nerve gangIlion's anesthesia block in migraine and it's mechanism of action. 50 Patients were included in the Present study. Star-nerve ganglon's anethesia block was Performed after drug treatment had no effects. The needling method of superior-side was Performed. Excellent results were obtained in all 50 Patients. It is suggested that theb absence of cerebral blood supplies is important reason which causes migraine, The star-never gangllin's anesthesia block may enlarge brain's blood vessels so as to take position in treatment.
