摘要
单位面积的产油量是由种籽产量,含油量和出油率所决定,油菜含油量的遗传性较稳定,受外界环境影响较小,据瑞典奥尔森等(Closson.G 等1963)研究,甘兰型不同材料含油量的变异系数为3.6—8.4%,而单株种子产量的变异系数为60%,提高含油量与出油率育种比提高种子产量育种更易见效,早在40年代,瑞典等就已开展了高含油量育种工作,日本、加拿大相继进行了研究,先后育成一批高含油量的油菜品种如日本的农林43,含油量49%,加拿大的齐菲,含油量51%等。
Yellow seed rape variety Gui-bai Ⅰ(type cabbage chinese)have been bred from variety (type cabbage chinese) sol,it contents oil 43-45%,higher 3-5% than same cabbage chinese peking rape. 100 Kg is producecl from every mu.Through many years positrve seletion have been carriod out from many materials,got 100 materials which content oil more 45%,a mong thorn are materials which content oil more 50%.
