摘要
通过胸部撞击导致肺损伤,并检测动脉血浆血栓素B_2(TXB_2)和6-酮-前列腺素F1α(6-酮-PGF1α),探讨在胸部撞击致肺损伤时血栓索A_2(TXA_2)-前列环素(PGI_2)的作用。结果显示,胸部撞击可致肺间质及肺泡腔内水肿充血、肺泡隔变薄、破坏;撞击后30h,TXB_2及TXB_2/6-酮-PGF1α升至高峰;撞击后48h,6-酮-PGF1α升至高峰。说明胸部撞击后产生肺水肿出血可导致急件呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS),撞击后TXA_2和PGI_2平衡失凋与肺损伤的病理改变相关联。
An animal model of pulmonary contusion caused by blunt chest trauma was established.The content of thromboxane A 2 (TXA 2)and prostacyclin (PGI 2)was measured in order to inspect the role of TXA 2 and PGI 2 during pulmonary contusion caused by blunt chest trauma.The results showed that edema and hyperemia were found in pulmonary interstitium and in pulmonary alveolus. They were more severe at the 48h of poststrike.The plasma concentration of TXB 2 and TXB 2/6 keto PGF1α increased at 30 h after chest strike.Our conclusion is that:pulmonary edema and bleeding after chest trauma can result in ARDS,and that the dysequilibrium of TXA 2 PGI 2 is correlated with the pathologic changes after pulmonary injury
