摘要  开发了一套基于AVR单片机的自动控制柴油机在线乳化系统.本系统通过将柴油机的转速信号和负荷信号送入电控单元(ECU),由控制中心分析处理实时工况信号,根据试验测得的此工况下的最佳喷水量,控制喷水电磁阀的开启时间,以实现最佳油-水比例的在线调节.在不改变柴油机的结构参数和不添加任何乳化剂的前提下,在1135单缸柴油机上对该油-水在线乳化系统进行了台架试验.在掺水率为15%时,油耗降低4.39%.同时,氮氧化物和碳烟排放的降低幅度也非常显著. A novel system of diesel online emulsifying combustion based on AVR single-chip microcomputer auto-control was proposed. Diesel speed and load signals were sent into Electronic Control Unit (ECU), these real-time operating condition signals were analyzed and treated by the control center, and then based on the experimental results the opening time of electromagnetic valve was controlled to realize online water-injection adjusting and optimum water-fuel proportion. Without changing the structure parameters of diesel and adding any emulsifying agents, the system was tested in single cylinder diesel engine. Under the condition of 15% water proportion, the specific fuel consumption was reduced by 4.39%, and the emissions of NOx and particulate matters (PM) are reduced obviously.
