摘要
分析与总结了组态技术的特点,讨论了采用组态技术进行系统开发的设计原则及思想,并在此基础上提出了一种信号测试与分析组态软件的体系结构,该结构中的组态软件能够并行设计和并行调试,并具有远程组态功能.针对大型机组的振动及其它设备的运行状态信息开发了一套网络化的分布式信号测试与分析远程组态系统,应用证明采用组态技术开发的系统具有良好的通用性,可扩展性以及灵活的使用方法.
Characteristics of configuration technology are analyzed and summarized in the paper. Design principle and using configuration technology is discussed based on above. The architecture of signal test and analysis system idea is proposed. The Configuration software of this architecture can be concurrently designed and debugged; it also has the remote configuration function. Aimed at the vibration of utility-type unit and other machine's running status information, a network and distributed signal test and analysis configuration system is developed, the application proves that the system being developed with configuration technique has better versatility, expandability and flexible using method.
