自1989年瑞典首先开始公布瑞典客户满意指数到现在,已经有十几个国家和地区在检测客户满意指数,目前除了中国客户满意指数外,具有代表性的满意指数模型有瑞典客户满意指数(SCSB)、美国客户满意指数(ACSI)、欧洲客户满意指数(ECSI)。
Since Sweden began to publish the Sweden's CS Barometer as the first country in the world in 1989, more than ten countries and regions have been measuring the CS indexes. So far, typical satisfaction index models include Sweden's CS Barometer (SCSB), American CS Index(ACSI), European CS Index(ECSI) as well as the Chinese CS Index (CCSI).
