The cost gradation which is the key factor to petroleum reserves assessment consists of 4 factors, and the recovery cost gradation is an important factor of them. After the compositional factors of the recovery cost gradation are analyzed, a mathematical model used for predicting the recovery cost gradation is put forward. And the prediction results is obtained based on the actual data of two oilfields.
