摘要
指出广西已建水库防洪标准偏低，工程质量较差，老化失修严重，水库安全问题突出。
This paper points out that the built reservoirs are lower in flood prevention standard and worse in project quality. They are aged and short of repairing, and they have outstanding safety problems. Moreover it gives several warnings in reservoirs' flood prevention operation.
