ATC协议的完全实施,纺织配额的取消,将对中国纺织品服装出口产生重大影响。通过分析全球纺织业现状,预测2008年欧、美、日三大市场容量及我国纺织品服装出口发展趋势。从价格、非价格和出口竞争力系数两方面对我国纺织业的竞争力进行评价。
With the complete practice of ATC in 2005, the intematonal textile trade will be quota-free.There will be a great influence on the exports of Chinese textile garments.This paper predicts three market capacities of Europe, America, Japan and the development trends of export of our country ＇s textile garment through analysing the global stiuafion of textile industry.The paper uses coefficients of price, nonprice and export competitiveness to evaluate the competing power of our country＇s textile industry.
