摘要
人力资源的全面开发是人的全面发展的基本条件和必然要求。本文在分析了人力资源全面开发的时代特点的基础上,以促进人的全面发展为宗旨,从理念和途径上论述了人力资源的全面开发。
The overall exploitation of human resource is the essential condition and necessary requirement of the comprehensive development mankind. This paper expounds the overall human resource exploitaxon from the concept and approaches on the basis of the analysis of era characters of it in order to promote the comprehensive mankind development.
