基于绩效评价在企业管理中的重要作用,分析了传统绩效评价方法的缺陷,阐述了平衡计分卡的基本内容及实施步骤,并探讨了平衡计分卡的不足。
For the important function of performance evaluation in enteprise management, the essay analyzes the disadvantage of traditonal performance evaluation, illustrates the basic contents and execution process of balance seorecard, and discusses the disadvantage of balance scorecard.
