复合土壤胶结料的研制及在渠道防渗工程中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 选取了广西较为普遍的红土、砾石土、页岩、砂土作为固化对象,通过与复合土壤胶结料的固化试验,检测不同液塑限的物料改良前后的最大干密度、最佳含水量和CBR值,并通过改变复合土壤胶结料的掺量和物料配比,分别进行了固化体的抗压强度、抗冻融、凝结时间和抗渗性试验,找出了复合土壤胶结料固化不同物料的一般规律。同时通过渠道防渗的工程实践探讨该材料的应用领域及施工工艺。 Laterite, gravel soil, shale and sandy soil have been selected for the solidification test with composite soil binding agent, to check the maximum dry density, the optimum water content and the CBR values of materials with various liquid and plastic limits before and after improvement. The compressive strength, antifreeze, coagulation time and anti-seepage properties of solidified bodies were examined respectively under different mixing percentages of composite soil binding agent and different material mixing proportions, based on which the general rule for solidifying different materials with the agent has been found out. The application area and construction technique of this agent are also discussed combined with engineering practice of canal antiseepage works.
