摘要
通过Al2O3CN2系统的热力学计算,表明AlN氮化温度应控制在1600~1750℃。提高氮化温度、降低N2分压有利于生成Al4C3。脱碳温度应控制在550~650℃,以避免粉末氧含量的增高。
The thermodynamic calculation in the system of Al 2O 3 C N 2 shows that the temperature of nitridation should be controlled at between 1600℃ and 1750℃. Increase of temperature or decrease of N 2 partial pressure is favorable for the formation of Al 4C 3. The temperature in burning off the excess carbon should be controlled at between 550~650℃,in order to prevent the increase of oxygen content in the powder.
