肺炎支原体肺炎患儿Th1/Th2免疫应答的状况

Immune Responses of Th1/Th2 in Children with Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Pneumonia

目的研究肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)患儿Th1/Th2免疫应答状况。方法用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定26例MPP急性期患儿和其中9例恢复期及12例健康儿童的血清IFN-γ、IL-4水平.计算IFN/IL-4比值。结果急性期MPP患儿IFN-γ水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01);IL-4水平低于对照组,但无显著差异(P>0.05);IFN-γ/IL-4比值明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。恢复期患儿IFN-γ、IL-4、IFN-γ/IL-4比值均高于急性期患儿.但无显著差异(P均>0.05)。结论MPP患儿存在Th1细胞免疫应答增强.Th2细胞免疫应答减弱,且恢复期持续存在。

Objective To study the immune responds of Thl and Th2 subsets of T cells in 26 children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia（MPP）. Methods ELISA was used to detect the levels of interferon - γ（ IFN -γ） and interleukin - 4（ IL-4） in the serum in 12 healthy children as normal controls and 26 patients of acute stage as acute stage MPP group,9 of whom in recovery stage were as recovery stage MPP group. Results IFN-γ level in acute stage MPP group was significant higher than that in normal controls （ P〈 0.01 ） ; IL-4 level in acute stage MPP group was lower than that in normal controls, but the difference was not significant（ P〉 0.05 ） ;and IFN -γ/IL-4 ratio was significant higher than that in normal controls（ P〈0.01 ）. The levels of IFN-γ, IL-4 and IFN-γ/IL-4 ratio in recovery stage MPP group were higher than that in acute stage MPP group, but the difference was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Th1 responses increase and Th2 responses decrease in children with MPP. and this kind of response persists during the recovery stage.
