摘要
采用25个微卫星标记(SSR)对中国5个不同地区的野桑蚕及2个家蚕品种进行了多态性分折,共产生58个等位基因,平均每个位点多于2个等位基因。表明微卫星标记能反映各品种之间丰富的多态性,品种间的聚类结果较好地反映了家蚕和野桑蚕之间的遗传特性。
25 microsatellite makers were used to analyze the genetic diversity of wild silkworm and domesticated silkworm strains. All microsatellites were polymorphic, showing 0-3 alleles per locus ( mean 2). The result of UPGMA analysis demonstrated the relationship of geographical distribution of B. mori and B. mandarina. Among all of these wild silkworm strains, the Shaanxi strain is closer to the domesticated silkworm. This resuit may reflect the evolutionary connection between the wild silkworm and domesticated silkworm.
