摘要
在研究丝素固定化木瓜蛋白酶的固定条件和酶学性质的基础上,研制了丝素固定化木瓜蛋白酶填充床反应器,用以降解酪蛋白,并研究了该反应器的实验条件、操作参数及对酪蛋白的降解能力.结果表明:在恒温30℃,恒定流速5.5 mL/h,酪蛋白质量分数为0.5%的条件下,该填充床反应器的生产强度最高达1.42g/(L·h);产品转化率在2~13 d内均能达到87.4%~99.9%;对酪蛋白的降解能力良好.
After studying the condition needed for papain immobilization and some characteristics of the fibroin-immobilized papain, the plug-flow reactor of a fibroin-immobilized papain was established to hydrolyze case- in. The results of the studies indicated: in conditions that 0.5% casein solution concentration up-flowed under constant speed(5.5 mL/h) and stable 30℃ condition, the reactor's productive strength reached the highest ( 1.42 g·L^-1·h^-1 ) ; its product conversion efficiency was kept at 87. 44% -99. 9% during the 2^nd to 13^thd; its hydrolysis ability was good.
