摘要
以柞蚕品种9906、H043及其F1、F2、B1、B26个世代类型作材料,对柞蚕茧质的3个主要性状(全茧量、茧层量和茧层率)进行了基因效应分析。结果表明,3个性状均不符合简单的加性-显性模型,普遍存在基因互作,使杂种优势表现较为复杂。茧质的3个主要性状受环境条件影响较大,遗传力较低;广义遗传力除全茧量的雌雄个体之间无明显差别之外,茧层量和茧层率的雌雄个体之间则开差较大;茧层量的遗传变异系数最大,而全茧量和茧层率的遗传变异系数则略低。实验还表明新品种9906比H有较多的部分显性等位基因。
Gene effects on cocoon weight,cocoon shell weight, cocoon shell percentage were analysed by utilizing 6 generations of 9906 x Ho43. The results showed that they were all not fit for simple additive and dominance models. And there were gene interaction. It makes hybrid vigor complicate. The effects of environment factors on the cocoon quality traits were great. And the heritabilitys were low. The heritability in the broad sense of cocoon weight between female and male was not obviously different, whereas those of cocoon shell weight and cocoon shell percentage between female and male were remarklly different, The GCV of cocoon shell weight was the most. But the GCV of cocoon weight and cocoon shell percentage were slightly low The experience showed that new variety 9906 had more partial dominance allele than H043.
