摘要
以电力体制改革新形势下的电力科技情报需求为出发点,分析了厂网分开、打破大垄断后电力科技情报工作面临的机遇与挑战,提出竞争环境下,以市场需求为驱动的电力科技情报工作的发展策略。
The characteristics of demands for power S＆T intelligence in new environment are introduced, and the opportunities and challenges facing the power S＆T intelligence work after the separation of generation from power grids are analyzed. The intelligence work development strategy, driven by market demand, in the benchmarking environment is put forward.
