Comparison between National Technology Strength Indexes Based on Patent Citation

分析了从专利数量到专利引用研究的发展历程,继而将专利引用引入技术力量比较的指标中,建立了国家或区域技术力量指标。运用数据对不同国家不同行业的技术力量进行了实证比较分析。

At first, this paper analyzed the development process of research from patent quantity to patent citation, then introduced patent citation into the comparative index of technology strength and founded the index of the national or regional technology strength. At last, the paper made the empirical comparison of technology strength between different nations and different industries.
