A Summary of Economics of Technology Licensing

从技术许可的报酬理论和策略性行为理论两个角度出发,基于理论和实证两分法,将众多的文献在不对称性信息的框架内进行了梳理,这样的安排,可以将诸如技术许可双方的状况、技术本身的特点、技术产品的差异化程度等因素对技术许可的影响机理清晰地展示出来。

Departing from two viewpoints of reward theory and strategy behavior of technology licensing, this paper integrates lots of literatures under the asymmetrical information framework based on the dichotomy of theory and empirical approach. Consequently, the paper reveals clearly the influencing mechanism of the both side status of technology licensing, the characteristic of technology, the differentia degree of technology products and other affecting factors on technology licensing. At last, this paper presents a simple conclusion remark.
