摘要
评价中心是目前人事测评中效度较高的技术,在人力资源管理决策的多个方面发挥越着来越重要的作用。对评价中心做了介绍,探讨了基于胜任力模型的评价中心的开发流程及管理策略,分析了其利弊。
Assessment center is the comparative validity technology in personnel assessing at present, and it plays a more and more important role in many human resources decisions making. This article introduced assessment center, applied competency model to assessment, and discussed the development flow and management strategy of the assessment center based on competency model. Finally, the paper indicated the pros and cons of assessment center.
