摘要
水分子对2μm波段的红外激光有很强的吸收,中心波长为2.0μm的连续铥(Tm)激光器非常适合应用在生物组织切割和疼痛神经刺激研究领域。这个波段的激光对皮肤组织的穿透深度浅,在普通石英光纤中有良好的传输特性,而且对人眼安全。介绍了中心波长为2μm的连续Tm激光器工作原理,分析了皮肤组织的光热数学模型;将2μm Tm激光器与传统的激光器进行对比,论述了其在外科手术临床、疼痛神经刺激研究领域的广阔前景。
Continuous wave Thulium laser emits at wavelength of 2.0μm, which is well suited for tissue ablation and thermally stimulating cutaneous nerves due to its high absorption by water. 2μm laser can be transmitted sufficiently by common quartz fibers and it is safe for eyes. A brief introduction of principle of 2μm CW Tm Laser is given, analyzing the photothermal modeling of thulium laser-tissue interaction, comparing 2μm CW Tm Laser with traditional laser.
