摘要 提出一个为要求大电流低电压供应的新一代微处理器供电的四相DC-DC转换器设计方案。给出单相降压转换器的详细描述,再直接扩展到多相。输出电压精确度和稳定性得到了改善。所提出结构的关键特点是有关其电源完整性的解决方法和四相设计。其性能使之成为新一代CPU电压稳压控制模块有价值的候选者。 This paper presents the design of four-phases DC-DC converter for supplying new generation microprocessors requiring higher current at lower voltages. A detailed description is given with reference to a single-phase buck converter. Extension to multiphase converters is straightforward. Both output voltage accuracy and stability are improved. The key feature of the proposed architecture is the solutions of its power integrity and four-phases design. The performance makes it a valuable candidate for the control of new generation CPU voltage regulator modules.
