Percutaneous Balloon Dilatation with Ultrasound and X-ray as a Guide for Treatment of Budd-Chiari Syndrome

本文报告了超声、X线导向经皮球囊扩张治疗布一加综合征14例。介绍了具体方法及步骤,并对手术前后病灶区域宽度,血管内压力作了对比统计。就术中观察内容及注意事项展开了讨论。我们认为此项技术对下腔静脉隔膜型及小范围节段型狭窄较为理想。

Fourteen patients with Budd-Chiari syndrome treated with percutaneous balloon dilatation with ultrasound and X-ray as a guide were reported in the article. Authors described the concrete method and the procedures of the operation and compared the width of lesions and intravascular pressure before and after operation. The ultrasonic observation and the points for attention using this technique were also discussed. This technique is more satisfactory for the treatment of inferior vena cava diaphragmatic type and short range segment type.
