摘要
对AC8C合金采用Sr变质+铁相球化剂+T6处理的处理工艺使得合金中Si相和Fe相同时都达到球状,共晶Si和时效析出的CuAl2、Mg2Si相以及球化铁相都以球状均匀地分布在铝基体上,初步探讨了球化Si相和Fe相的成因,并对AC8C合金力学性能做了对比测试。
A spheroidization technology of silicon and Iron compounds in the AC8C alloys was present in this article, which is Sr-modification+Spheroidization+T6. Eutectic Si, CuAl2, Mg2Si and ferrous-rich phase are uniformly distributed in the AI in the spherical-shape. A preliminary study on the reason about the spheroidization was made. The mechanical properties of AC8C alloy were tested.
