摘要
对比分析了四种铸造工艺条件对ZL102铝硅合金砂型铸件凝固微观组织和拉伸性能的影响。研究结果表明:脉冲电流对铝硅合金中的α相细化效果显著,细化程度甚至优于A l-5%Ti细化剂的细化作用;脉冲电流可对共晶硅起到一定的变质作用,但是效果不如钠盐变质作用;脉冲电流与少量添加晶粒细化剂、变质剂的复合作用,可以细化凝固组织,改善铸件的力学性能。
The effect of four casting processes on solidifying microstructure and tensile properties of sand mold castings of ZL102 Al-Si alloy are investigated. The experimental results show that pulse electric current has a remarkable refining effect on α-dendrite, its refining effect is even better than that of Al-5%Ti grain refiner; And that pulse electric current has a certain effect of modification on eutectic silicon flake, but its modifying effect is not as good as that of sodium modifier; compound-effect of pulse current with adding trifle grain refiner and modifier can refine the solidifying microstructure and improve mechanical properties of castings.
