摘要
以205/55ZR16轿车子午胎为例,利用Msc.Marc软件对子午胎进行了三维非线性有限元分析,分析中考虑了轮胎的材料特性、结构特点、胎圈部与轮辋的摩擦接触以及轮胎与地面的摩擦接触等,比较了轮胎的外缘尺寸、负荷-下沉量曲线以及轮胎接地印痕大小、接地压力分布等,有限元计算结果与实测结果相当吻合.文中还进一步对轮胎的带束层和胎圈部位的受力进行了分析,发现应力的分布情况与实际基本一致.
Msc. Marc is used to the 3D nonlinear finite element analysis of the 205/55ZR16 radial tire, by taking into account the material properties and the structural characteristics of the radial tire, the friction contact conditions between the bead and the rim, as well as the friction contact between the tire and the ground. A comparison between the results obtained by the finite element method and by measurements is then carried out, considering the size of tire contour, the curve of load-deflection, the contact patch and contact pressure between the tire and the ground. It is found that the results obtained by the finite element method and measurements accord well with each other. Furthermore, the stress-strain of the belt and the bead is analysed, thus concluding that the stress distribution is basically in agreement with the practical one.
