摘要
党的十六届三中全会提出的“坚持以人为本,树立全面、协调、可持续的发展观,促进经济社会和人的全面发展”,是我们党对长期发展实践的经验总结和理论升华,是全面建设小康社会和推进社会主义现代化建设始终要坚持的指导思想,也为教育事业发展指明了方向。坚持以人为本,促进人的全面发展,是科学发展观对教育的根本要求。促进教育事业持续健康协调发展,要坚持六个协调:促进教育与经济社会协调发展;促进各级各类教育协调发展;促进公办教育和民办教育协调发展;促进城乡教育协调发展;促进教育规模、质量、结构、效益相互协调;促进改革、发展、稳定相互协调。
“Persisting in taking people as the foundation, setting up the whole, harmonious and sustainable development concept and promoting the overall development of man and economic society” put forward in the 16th plenary session of the 3rd central committee of the CPC is the experience summary and the theoretic sublimation of our Party’ s long term development practice; the guiding thought that we must always strictly keep for overall construction of well-off society and promoting the modernizing construction of socialism, as well as points out the direction to the education course. Persisting in taking people as the foundation and promoting man’s overall development are the basic demand of the scientific developing concept for education. It is necessary for promoting the education course sustainable development to keep six harmonies, they are: promoting education and economic society harmonious development. promoting various levels and kinds of education harmonious development : promoting state-run and civilian-run educations harmonious development; promoting rural and urban educations harmonious development; promoting the scale, quality, structure, benefit of education harmonizing with one another; promoting reform, development and stability harmonizing with one another.
