摘要 用扫描电镜和X射线衍射仪研究了Ni-P和Ni-P-Al_2O_3复合镀层,探讨了镀液成分、施镀条件与镀层结构及性能关系。经盐酸腐蚀试验和在石英砂中磨粒磨损试验发现,两种镀层均有优异的耐蚀性和耐磨性能。 The structure and properties of electroless Ni-P alloy and Ni-P-Al203 combined coatings were studied with SEM and X-ray diffractometer. The effects of bath combinatin and plating condiction on the structre and properties of the platings were discussed. Corrosion test in chlorhydric acid and errosion test in quartz had been carried out. It was proved that the two platings plssess excelent corrosion resistant and corrosion resistant.
