试论教师控制感的价值及其培养

摘要控制感是教师顺利完成任务的必要条件,也是教师个体发展成熟的重要标志之一。提升教师文化素质、提高领导工作水平、建立有效的奖惩机制和科学的评价方式及优化组织环境。
