An Effective Way for Irrigation in Mountain Areas ─ The Combined Use of Three Kinds of Water Resources

在干旱缺水的山丘地区如何充分利用当地径流解决灌溉用水不足是当地农民极为关注的问题。盐亭县林山乡的实践表明：对当地有限的三水资源进行联合运用，在中旱年能满足灌溉需求，大旱年也可大大减轻作物受旱程度，基本上保证农业正常生产，是解决山丘区农田灌溉的有效途径。

in mountain areas where water resources are extremely deficient,farmers Concern very much about how to use local flows to solve irrigation problems.In a Case study,which was carried out in Linsan Village of Yanting County,three kinds of water resources were used jointly in an optimal manner.The results indicate that the limited local water flows can meet irrigation demands in a moderate drought year,the drorght faced by crops in an extremely arid year can be mitigated considerably and farming activities can be basically guaranteed.
